Bangkok --> Day 4

Day 4 was our final day here... how fast good times go... :(

Anyway, got a massage first thing in the morning.. It was so nice nice having ourselves massaged.. how relaxing it was..! ^^

Next, just went down the stores jus below our hotel for a walk.. did some last minute shopping.. Things are jus so cheapp here... >.< oh ya.. there is this craze for 7 eleven in Bangkok... I counted about 20-30 7 eleven shops jus this 4 days.. u c one here, n another one at the opposite, or jus a few doors beside.. It's everywher..!! wat the hell is wrong with them??! i'm curious...

After the shopping, it was about time to packed our stuffs and den check-out.. headed to Suvarnabhumi Airport for departure.. time to say buh-bye.. how sad... :(

Was extremely exhausting, now that everything is over, u start to feel it.. It's alwez like tat huh!? Thank god the flight was on schedule... Slept the whole way thru till v almost landed... Landed in LCCT, Kuala Lumpur at around 9.30pm local time with AIrAsia... Dad was trilled to c us.. ^^

That's how our terrific trip to Bangkok ended... It was indeed an good experience.. Hopefully there'll be another chance to go there..

Bangkok --> Day 3

On Day 3, we were all by our own.. but certainly v had the perfect plan to fill our day.. jeng jeng jeng jeng..... More shopping to be done!! haha.. n so, v headed to Centerpoint Isetan as a start...

Outside the mall, v took a few pics .. check it out... the hush doggie is so huge n cute~~.. hehe...

Next v went to another shopping mall, named the Big C just across the road.. had lunch here, n it was jap food again.. me love.. ^^

One more thing about Bangkok is that their road are forever busy... Just look at the traffic jam below... it's bad ady in KL and it's way much worse here... n the worse thing is, the traffic jam does not happen oni during pic hours, it happens 24-7... no kidding man... wu~~ bad bad jam.. n the drivers there are so scary..

Shopped till around evening and headed back to hotel for a bath... For dinner, we went to the Suan Lum night market. There is this huge food court with many food stores and even a stage in front where dancers and singers perform... gee gee gee gee baby baby baby....

Den took a stroll in the night market.. It's basically like our pasar malam here in Malaysia.. c..

We called it a day after the stroll in the nigth market.. By the end of the day, we couldnt actually feel our legs anymore.. it was hell tiring walking around like tat.. but of course, for the love n sake of shopping, no complaints.. ^^hehe..

... End of day 3...

Bangkok --> Day 2

Woke up around 6.30am for breakfast.. *yawn.. waking up this early is never easy...Anyway, breakfast was buffet style n it was great... ^^ seeing the variety of food available, well u kno, i got all excited again.. hehe.. what a good start for a day.. ;)

After breakfast, we started our tour around Bangkok.. Our first destination was the Erawan Shrine a.k.a. the four-faced buddha... Nothing much here actually.. There is the buddha with the four face and oso some elephants there..

One thing i realised about Bangkok people was that they respect their king & their queen very much.. Every corner u go, u'll c statues and big pictures of either their king or queen, hung for eg, at the front of their building.. The below is among one of them:

Next, we went for a boat ride in the river of Chao Phraya, the longest river in Thailand.. Sitting at the boat while sight seeing was fun.. how many times do u even get to sit on a boat rite?? Anyway the breeze was cooling while the water was muddy.. Look down.. yee.. u rely don wanna fall into such "clean water... haha..

This is one of the fake floating market.. It's fake coz it's not the real one.. ahaha.. the real one is approximately 2 hours apart from here & u have to travel as early as 6.30, n so, it was a no-no due to time constraint.. oh n it's called the floating market coz the sellers sells it on their boat, just as shown below:

Halfway thru, v stopped by this wat, which i dun recall what it was called.. It was actually quite beautiful here, with the well-maintained landscape n all....

n the river was full with baby sharks!!! Aaaarh....!! ahahahaha... k la no la.. jk.. it's fish.. n they are so aggresive.. was so concern that they might actually turn our boat over.. how stupid of me to even think so.. they r just fishes.. hahaha..

After enjoying our boat ride, v visited a gem-making factory/shop... We watched a short video clip first, n den they took us around while explaining the process of the gems, diamonds and ruby's making.. wow.. u kno, it's such a delicate job.. all handmade, no kidding man... the diamonds n rubies are so tiny that if it was me doing it, i'll sure drop them all on the floor.. haha... After process, they took us to the shop n started their marketing.. the shop was beautifull.. with the clear water aquarium with unique fishes and the diamond from all diff colors from rings to necklaces to earrings and etc... It all looked so sparklingly shiny.. *chwink..

We also visited a bee store and drank honey and ate honey ice cream and saw a yellow bumbee outside.. haha..

After touring around the city for about like half day, tada~~ the long awaited moment. It's time for shopping... ahaha... Headed to MBK mall, which stands for mah boon krong i tink.. It's one of the most huge shopping malls in Bangkok and is a must-go! There are like 8 floors here with stores that apparently have anything u name it.. shopping heaven man.. ^^

We had both lunch n dinner here in this mall's food court.. imagine the hours v spent here.. haha.. Here are only among the food v had.. It was yummy too.. ^^

The shopping freaks reached back to hotel around almost 11.00 and s usual slept like a pig... ^^ was so damn dead tired.. but it's worth it.. hahaha..

...End of day 2...
